• Offer is valid from 15 December 2024 to 14 July 2025.
• Payment must be made with a DCS Mastercard Card.
• DCS Mastercard cardholders to receive MYR 50.00 discount for any purchase with a minimum spend of MYR 800.00 (excluding tax) in a single receipt using DCS Mastercard card at any of Eraman’s Duty Free and Duty Paid Outlet listed below.
• The Discount is only valid at Eraman’s Duty Free and Duty Paid stores (Eligible Stores) at:
(a) Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1(KLIA T1);
(b) Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2(KLIA T2);
(c) Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA);
(d) Kuching International Airport (KIA); and
(e) Penang International Airport (PIA).

• The Discount is limited to one thousand (1,000) redemptions per calendar month on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• The Discount is valid while stocks last. The Discount are subjected to availability and are not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, promotions, e-vouchers, e-coupons, privileges or purchase of gift certificates, membership privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• Eraman and Mastercard reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Discount campaign or vary, delete or add to the Discount campaign, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Discount campaign.
• The Discount is non-transferrable and is not exchangeable for cash, credit, in full or in part.
• The Discount is in local currency which is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), unless otherwise stated.
• All feedback regarding the outlets, and/or service related to the Discount should be directed to the Eraman’s outlet immediately.
• The Discount may be subject to prevailing government taxes and service charges where applicable.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or relevant authorities or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
• The Discount shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/ or cannot be made/ continued for any reason whatsoever.
• Information is correct at time of publish. Eraman and Mastercard makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied and accepts no responsibility or liability for the completeness or accuracy of the information.
• Eraman and Mastercard assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the offers, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, which may affect a Qualified Customer’s eligibility in the Discount.
• Eraman and Mastercard makes no representation to the quality or performance of the goods and services provided by the Eraman in connection with the Discount. Eraman and Mastercard will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption of the Discount or usage of the goods and services.
• Eraman and Mastercard will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption of the Discount or usage of the goods and services.
• Eraman is not an agent of the Mastercard or any agent to Mastercard.
• Eraman and Mastercard reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions governing the Discount campaign without notice or withdraw or discontinue the Discount at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
• The terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• The Qualified Customer shall always check with Eraman on the validity of the promotion before purchase.
