With effect from 1 January 2025, DCS POPULAR Credit Card programme will be ceased.
Upon cessation of the card programme, please settle any outstanding balances by the payment due date on 22 January 2025. Following that, please be informed that your principal and/or supplementary card(s) will be closed.
Please take note of the following:
(1) Recurring Arrangements
If you have any GIRO arrangements, recurring bills, or a credit balance linked to your affected card(s), please make the necessary arrangements prior to card closure, in order to prevent any potential disruptions.
(2) Instalment Arrangements
If you have any ongoing instalment programme(s) such as Instalment Payment Plans (IPP), Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL), DCash, or ReadyCash linked to your affected card(s), please be informed that your affected card(s) will no longer be usable for retail transactions from 1 January 2025. After this date, you will only be able to make payments towards your card account. The affected card(s) will be closed once we receive the final payment for your recurring instalment programme(s).
(3) Club Rewards Points (CRP)
With the cessation of the DCS POPULAR Credit Card, CRP will no longer be awarded from 1 December 2024, and all unredeemed CRP will be forfeited from 1 January 2025. If you wish to redeem your CRP, please submit your request by 13 December 2024. Remember to keep the physical card, as you will need it for the redemption process.
(4) Esso Fleet Card (EFC)
If you have an EFC linked to the affected Credit Card(s), it will be terminated by 1 January 2025.
For your security, please cut your card(s) in half before disposal.
With effect from 21 October 2024, the following fee changes for SGD-denominated D-Lite Cards will be implemented:
- Conversion Commission for foreign currency transactions:Revised from 3.25% to 1.95%
- ATM Withdrawal Fees: Revised from 1% (minimum S$5) to 3.5% (minimum S$15)
Due to an upgrade of POPULAR’s payment systems, DCS POPULAR Credit Card cardmembers may experience intermittent disruptions on their payments at the following POPULAR outlets from 2 to 14 October 2024:

As part of our continuous efforts to go green, we will be replacing all credit card paper statements with eStatements, and discontinue the issuance of paper statements with effect from 1 October 2024.

Please note that the following Extraction Fee will be imposed if you require a copy of the paper statement:
- S$10 per copy for request of Statement of Account for a Statement Period which is within 12 months before the request date.
- S$30 per copy for request of Statement of Account for a Statement Period which is 13 to 24 months before the request date.
In conjunction with the revision of GST, the Annual Fee and Card Replacement Fee for DCS Cards will be revised to the following with effect from 1 January 2024:

With effect from 1 October 2023, the prevailing Retail Interest Charge for all DCS Mastercard, UnionPay and Diners Club Credit Cards (excluding Charge Cards, S$500 Limit Credit Cards, D-Lite Cards and Corporate Cards) will be revised to 27.8% p.a.
Please also note that the Statement Repayment Period for all DCS Cards (excluding Corporate Cards) will be revised to 21 days.

With effect from 1 April 2023, the Conversion Commission for foreign currency transactions will be revised from 3% to 3.25% for all DCS Cards.
In conjunction with the revision of Goods and Services Tax, the Card Annual Fee for DCS Cards will be revised with effect from 1 January 2023 as follow:

"Credit Limit” means the maximum debit balance permitted by us on the Card Account and notified to the Basic Cardholder from time to time, and is the limit which the Basic Cardholder and, where applicable, any Supplementary Cardholder(s) are collectively permitted to effect Card Transactions.
“Spending Limit” means a part of the Credit Limit which is allocated to the Supplementary Cardholder up to which the Supplementary Cardholder is permitted to effect Card Transactions.
“Permitted Purposes” has the meaning given to it in clause 16.2.
“Principal Card” means a Card issued to a Basic Cardholder.
“Statement” means the monthly or other periodic statement which we issue to the Basic Cardholder or, when the Card is a Corporate Card (who may be the Basic Cardholder), the holder of the Corporate Card or the Corporate Member.
“Supplementary Card” means a Card issued to a Supplementary Cardholder.
“Total Indebtedness”, at any time, means the total amount due and owing (actually or contingently) by you to us on the Card Account, including all Transactions, interest, fees and charges.
“Total Minimum Interest” means the minimum interest to be paid by you for a Transaction(s), with the amount being specified on the relevant Statement.
“You” and “your” means the Basic Cardholder and, where applicable, the Supplementary Cardholder. If the Card is a Corporate Card it means the Basic Cardholder who holds the Corporate Card and the Corporate Member.
“We”, “our” and “us” means Diners Club (Singapore) Private Limited, including our successor in title or permitted assigns.
- Acknowledgement by you of this Terms and Conditions and its changes; and
- Agreement by you to abide and be bound by this Terms and Conditions and its changes.

With effect from 1 July 2022, clause a(ii) in our Buy Now Pay Later Instalment Plan (BNPL) Terms and Conditions has been amended to: The Member/Cardholder agrees to convert one or more transactions billed in the current month's Statement of Account (less the minimum payment in the current month) to a BNPL transaction. The Member/Cardholder agrees to be charged a non-refundable one time processing fee, which will be billed together with the first instalment. The Member/Cardholder agrees to pay the processing fee and monthly instalment when billed as advised during sign the sign-up procedure with Diners Club Customer Service Officer. The type and number of transactions which can be converted is strictly determined by Diners Club at the point of conversion. Converted amount will not earn Club Rewards Points.
