DCS Name Change
The name change is effective from 15 October 2022.

Diners Club (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a private-owned financial institution (FI) that was incorporated in 1973 to exclusively issue Diners Club cards in Singapore. It is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Banking Act and licensed to issue credit cards and charge cards in Singapore.

The company has gone through a transformation and will establish itself as a complete cards centre, issuing more than just Diners Club-branded cards. As such, there is a need to change its registered name from Diners Club (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to reflect the wider scope of cards issuance with other international payment networks including Union Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

DCS represents the abbreviation of the company's former name: Diners Club Singapore. Since its incorporation in 1973, the company brings almost 50 years of legacy in credit/charge cards issuance in Singapore. So, while the company is now evolving and investing in technology to expand its business, it is important to retain its rich heritage in our new company name.

The acronyms of DCS also form the pillars of our corporate mission: Continually leverage Digital and Data to connect our Customers to Swift, Secure and Seamless payment solutions.

As an entity, there is no difference between DCS and Diners Club (Singapore); it is the same licensed entity that continues to issue credit/charge cards in Singapore.

It is however noteworthy that Diners Club International is a brand that represents an international cards payment network (similar to Visa and Mastercard) and should not be confused with Diners Club (Singapore) which is a private-owned entity.

No. There is no impact to your existing card(s), and it/they can continue to be used until expiry. All existing rewards and benefits on your card(s) will remain unchanged.
All existing cards issued by DCS will be progressively replaced with a DCS Card Centre brand logo upon card renewals starting from 2023. All new card products launched after the name change will bear the new DCS Card Centre brand logo.
Cardholders are encouraged to continue using their cards until they expire. Alternatively, you may request for an early card replacement by paying a card replacement fee of S$30 (subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax) when the new card design(s) is/are launched.
No, there is no need to make any changes to existing billing/standing instructions. Your billing arrangements will continue to be processed as normal. However, if you are paying your bills by paper cheque or telegraphic transfer (TT), please note that the payee is changed to DCS Card Centre Pte. Ltd.
Cardmember Benefits

For the Charge Card, you have to pay in full on the Due Date. For the Credit Card, you have the option to pay in full or pay the Minimum Payment.

The amount you can spend is made known to you when you first receive your Credit Card. It is normally up to 4 months of your Monthly Salary, as per MAS Ruling.
Yes, if your Taxable Income exceeds S$30,000 per annum. (Taxable Income declared to Inland Revenue)
The combined Credit Limit of the two Cards should not exceed the 4 months' income.
Presently we do not allow selection of Billing Dates. The Billing Date is usually at the end of the month and you should receive your statement at the beginning of the month.
No, we do not allow balance transfer even though it is within the same company.
No. Club Rewards Points cannot be combined across different Card Accounts for redemption.
You can enjoy international card replacement worldwide. However, upon your return to Singapore, you are required to have it replace with one that features the Credit Card type face at our office.
Yes, but only for Medical, Hospitalisation and Entertainment related charges.
Yes, provided your total combined expenses are still within your Credit Limit set for both your Charge and Credit Cards.
A Preferred Credit Limit column is available on the application form. The combined total Credit Limit for both cards must not exceed the 4 months of your declared income. Credit limit granted maybe lower than indicated.
The Payment Due Date is on the 22nd of every month. This date refers to the date that DCS receives and processes your payment into your account. Different processing times apply for payments made via different channels before DCS receives your payment. Please check with your bank, where applicable.
Basic Cardmembers may only transfer their Club Rewards points to another account in which they are the basic account holder, subject to an administrative charge of 5,000 Club Rewards points or S$20.
The normal processing time takes about 6 to 8 weeks. Prior to receiving confirmation from us, please settle the accounts by other means, i.e. Cash / Cheque / DBS & POSB ATM / Internet / AXS Stations.
Your bank account will be deducted about 5 to 6 working days before the Payment Due Date, depending on the schedule.

International Airport Lounges - General
The lounges offer you a private place to relax and rejuvenate, and/or catch up on your business before and after your flights.

The amenities offered vary at different airport lounges. Most offer light food and beverages, reading materials, comfortable rest areas and telecommunication services, amongst others.
The basic amenities are complimentary; however, usage of some of the facilities offered is chargeable. For full details, please check at the respective airport lounge counter(s).

International Airport Lounges - For Singapore-issued Diners Club Cardholders
All Basic Cardholders with a Singapore-issued Diners Club Card enjoy one (1) complimentary visit per calendar year to any one of the affiliated airport lounges worldwide.
For subsequent visits, Cardholders holding Singapore-issued cards are required to pay an entrance fee at the prevailing lounge rates imposed by the respective airport lounges.
There is no complimentary visit for Supplementary Cardholders.
The one free visit per year entry privilege is based on per individual name regardless of the number of cards a Cardholder is currently holding.
ATM Cash Withdrawal
You can withdraw Cash at DBS/POSB ATMs in Singapore, and at more than 1.2M DCI Global ATMs which bears the Diners Club International logo and/or any other logos of participating ATM network provider(s): 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Withdrawal amount is subject to Diners Club's approval and the policies implemented by the respective ATM network Providers.
For every withdrawal, a fee is charged at 6% or S$20.00, whichever is greater; plus ATM network fees which is controlled by the ATM networks. For rejected ATM Cash Withdrawal, due to PIN failure or credit reason, a fee of $2.50 may be levied.
Yes, you will earn 1 Club Rewards point for every dollar withdrawn from ATMs. Most card-issuers do not offer rewards points for ATM Cash Withdrawal.
No. As a Diners Club Cardmember, you are automatically enrolled into the programme.
Yes. Please contact us via mail, phone or email if you choose to opt out. We will send you an acknowledgement letter once we receive your instruction.
You will be billed through your credit card account monthly.
Please note that Supplementary Cardmember will not be authorized to opt in or out of this programme on behalf of the Basic Cardmember. For Corporate Centralized and company accounts, if a company does not want to enrol any of its company's employees into this programme, please send us a letter from the authorized signatory.
Yes. Please send us a written request from the Basic Cardmember to reinstate the PIN facility. We will then re-issue a new PIN number after verifying your signature. This takes about 3 working days (excluding mailing time).
After 3 tries, your PIN will be blocked. Depending on the ATM banks, your Card may or may not be retained.
If your Card is not retained by the ATM machine, your PIN number will reset itself the next working day.
If your Card is retained by the ATM machine, please inform us, your Card will be listed as "lost" and will be replaced with a new PIN number.
No. This option is currently not available.
Please reset your PIN in the DCS Card App. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service for a new PIN number; this will take approximately 3 working days (excluding mailing time).
Yes. You may continue to do so.
The PIN linked to your Card will automatically be cancelled. We will re-issue a replacement Card with a new PIN number.
If you are within the banking hall where the ATM is located, please seek the bank staff's assistance.
If it's after the banking hours OR you are at a stand-alone ATM, please call the Help Number listed on the ATM for assistance. Otherwise, take note of the name of the Bank, the location of the ATM, the amount dispensed and keep the receipt so that we can raise the dispute with the ATM's bank.
If you withdraw Cash at an overseas ATM, it will be treated as a normal overseas transaction. Your withdrawal in local currency is converted to Singapore Dollars using the bank's previous day's Board Selling Rate, plus a conversion commission of 3% on the date of processing the amount.
AXS
The AXS Station (pronounced "access station") is a multi-application transactional terminal that comes with a debit card (NETS), stored value card (CashCard) and credit card payment facilities. Running on a high-speed ADSL broadband network, it operates 24 hours a day and is installed at strategic and high traffic locations.

They are found in high traffic locations such as neighbourhood centers, shopping centres, office buildings, residential area, transit points, hospitals, petrol stations, educational institutions and parks. Click here for the list of locations.

Other than Nets, ATM cards or CashCards, you can now pay your bills using your Singapore-issued Diners Club Card on AXS Station.

Now, you can pay your Income & Property Tax, bills for selected Hospitals, Town Councils, Mobile One, SingTel, StarHub Mobile, StarHub Internet, StarHub Cable TV PLUS 1World Telecom, Future Tel, China Insurance, NTUC Income, Pacific Internet and SunPage with your Diners Club Card on AXS Station.

DCS Card is accepted for road tax payment of any amount, subject to your card's credit limit. There is no minimum transaction amount required.

You can pay your road tax through DCS Card at LTA's office located at 10 Sin Ming Drive. You can also pay your road tax through DCS Card at any of LTA's participating collection centres.

DCA$H

DCA$H is a combined facility that allows you to obtain cash advances and repay the cash advances by way of instalments, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

No, just simply complete and submit the application form.
It will take four (4) weeks to process an application. After approval, we will endeavour to credit the approved amount directly into your bank account as stated in the application form in seven (7) working days.

For Charge and Credit cardmembers, the minimum amount is S$500 and the maximum amount is up to 90% of the total combined credit limit; subject to the credit balance at the time of approval.

For S$500 Limit Credit cardmembers, the minimum amount is S$100 and the maximum amount is S$300, subject to the credit balance at the time of approval.

The eligible age criteria is between 21 and 65 years old.

For Charge and Credit cardmembers, a processing fee of S$180 will be charged and debited to your Card Account upon disbursement of the approved amount. In addition, DCA$H interest of 7.88% (15.21% effective interest rate) for 12-month repayments, 8.88% (17.50% effective interest rate) for 24-month repayments, 9.88% (19.24% effective interest rate) for 36-month repayments and 10.88% (20.74% effective interest rate) for 48-month repayments, apply.

For S$500 Limit Credit cardmembers, a processing fee of S$15 will be charged and debited to your Card Account upon disbursement of the approved amount. In addition, DCA$H interest of 12.58%p.a. (25.05% effective interest rate) applies.

DCA$H is billed to your account in 12, 24, 36 or 48 month instalments which you have signed up. The instalment amount is payable in full upon the due date stated in your DCS's Statement of Account. For easy calculation, the cents will be rounded up and charged in the first instalment. Each instalment will be treated in the same manner as a charge arising from a Card Transaction in respect of your Card Account, of which DCS will send you monthly statement and is payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Card Account.
Your first repayment will be debited to your Card Account upon disbursement of the DCA$H amount to your bank account.
Currently, we are unable to arrange for a cheque to be issued to you. The funds can only be deposited to your own personal bank account and not to any other third party account.
The available overall limit on your Card Account will be provisionally reduced by blocking out the approved DCA$H amount, plus the processing fee. This will be progressively restored by the monthly repayment amount received by DCS.
Yes, however any early repayment and/or account cancellation is subject to an Early Repayment Fee of S$150 for Charge and Credit cardmembers and S$15 for S$500 Limit Credit cardmembers. The balance repayment amount outstanding including full interest shall immediately become due and payable.
No, Club Rewards Points are not awarded for DCA$H withdrawal.
ReadyCA$H
ReadyCASH is open to any Basic DCS Personal Cardholder whose Card Account is current and in good standing as determined by DCS. The eligible age criteria is between 21 and 65 years old.
Currently, ReadyCASH offers you interest-free amounts at 0% per annum for 6 months.
You can apply for amounts from S$500 and up to 90% of your total combined Card Account credit limit; subject to the available balance; at the time of approval.
It will take four (4) weeks to process an application. After approval, we will endeavour to credit the approved amount directly into your bank account as stated in the application form in seven (7) working days.
We will send you a letter informing you of the outcome of your application.
Upon approval, the amount will be directly banked into your designated bank account after 3 working days.
Currently, we are unable to arrange for a cheque to be issued to you.
A small processing fee of 6% of the approved amount will be charged and debited to your Card Account immediately upon disbursement of the approved amount.

You just need to repay the amount in six (6) monthly instalments. For easy calculation, the cents will be rounded up and charged in the first instalment (please refer to the example below). Each instalment will be treated in the same manner as a charge arising from a Card Transaction in respect of your Card Account, of which DCS will send you monthly statement and is payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Card Account.
