  • All vouchers and/or collection letters will be mailed to Cardmembers.
  • All dollar value vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated
  • All products vouchers are valid for a period of 2 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated
  • Please allow up to 15 working days for the conversion of Miles.
  • Annual Fee waivers will take up to 10 working days for processing, you may ignore any fee(s) billed in the interim.
  • For partial redemption, amount will be charged to your DCS Card at the time of processing.
