Terms & Conditions
- Make a minimum spend of S$1,200 in Courts Singapore in-store transaction with a 6 or 12-month IPP (“Eligible Transactions”) to redeem an instant cashback of S$40 (“Cashback”).
- Eligible Transactions refer to approved 6 or 12-months IPP transactions with the minimum value of S$1200 charged to a DCS Courts Mastercard at participating Courts stores.
- Only transactions posted during the Promotion Period will be considered for the eligibility of the Promotion. Transactions must be fully charged and posted; pending, refunded, cancelled or partially paid bookings will not be counted.
- Any transaction reversals posted during the Promotion Period will affect the qualifying spend amount and may impact eligibility for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded (whether in full or in part) will not be eligible.
- Each Cardholder is entitled to redeem the Cashback once only.
- The Cashback will be awarded directly at Point of sale for the qualifying transaction.
- The Promotion is limited only to the first 250 successful redemptions only
- The Courts DCS Card Instalment IPP Campaign (“Promotion”) is valid from 19 June to 18 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”); on a while stock last basis.
- The Promotion is open to all new DCS Courts Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) only
- By participating in the Promotion, Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Promotion is valid for all DCS Courts Mastercard in-store and only for 6 or 12 months IPP transactions
- Promotion is not applicable to COURTS online (www.courts.com.sg).
- Promotion is not to be used for COURTS FlexiPlans monthly instalment payment.
- Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for any unused balance.
- Promotion is not to be used as balance payment upon delivery.
- For DCS Courts Mastercard payment only.
- Each Cardholder is entitled to redeem the Cashback once only.
- DCS is not the supplier of the goods or service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods or service(s) provided.
- DCS may vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, or withdraw, suspend or discontinue the promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any person.
