• If your mobile carrier has SIM lock feature enabled, you are unable to use eSIM. Please contact your mobile carrier to unlock.

• Mobile devices with SIM locks cannot use eSIM. Please contact your mobile carrier to unlock your device before purchase.
• A voucher will be sent to your email after purchase.
• No refund can be made once QR code has been sent out or scanned.
• Once deleted, eSIM cannot be restored. Please do not delete your eSIM before its expiry.
