- Payment must be made with a DCS Mastercard, UnionPay or Visa card.

- Orders must be placed 3 days prior to collection date and delivery date.
- Collection period: 10 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. From 12pm to 8pm daily.
- All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours, and the full amount will be charged in the event of cancellation.
- All orders received after 8pm will be processed the following day.
- Delivery is chargeable at an additional S$50 nett per location and to be paid directly to Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium upon order confirmation (discount not applicable for delivery fee).
- Free delivery to one 1 location for orders above S$400 nett after discount. Delivery time is within 12pm to 6pm.
- Items are subject to availability and based on first-come-first-serve basis.
- Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
