- The Promotion is available during the Promotion Period to DCS Mastercard cardholders, who make payment of their purchases on https://ba-sh.com/sg/ ("Merchant Website”) with a DCS Mastercard card, with orders being shipped to Singapore.
- The Promotion code will only be valid on merchant website. There will be no minimum spend value to avail the benefits under this Promotion.
- To redeem the Promotion, the DCS Mastercard cardholder must log in or register on merchant website, enter the code MC12 in the coupon code field at the checkout page and checkout with a DCS Mastercard card.
- The Promotion will be applied on the net purchase value of the products before the application of any taxes and/or applicable fees or charges.
- Merchant has the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion if an invalid DCS card is used to redeem the Promotion.
- Promotion is only applicable for DCS Mastercard cardholders making purchases for their personal use (i.e. not for wholesale purposes).
- Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
- The Promotion cannot be transferred or used to settle the minimum payment, exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discounts/products/services. DCS Mastercard cardholders can avail benefits of this Promotion multiple times.
- The prices of all products and services are designated by the merchant and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
- Merchant has the right to amend Promotion specific merchant terms and conditions as well as to terminate this Promotion and/or replace the Promotion with another offer of similar value.
- Merchant shall be solely responsible for the fulfilment of the Promotion and merchandise and services offered by it to DCS Mastercard cardholders. Mastercard is not responsible or liable in the event that any of the merchandise, services or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant.
- DCS Mastercard cardholders shall arrange for any cancellation of orders or exchange of purchased items through merchant website. Cancellations are subject to the merchant’s general terms and conditions of sale available on https://ba-sh.com/sg/.
