To use the shopping coupon, prior arrangements are required. After downloading the MITSUKOSHI ISETAN JAPAN app, you can activate and use the shopping coupon at the tax-free counters (or some service counters) in each department store

Step 2: Register to become a member

Step 3: Register the use of the shopping coupon (agree to the terms and register your passport information)

Step 4: Activate the shopping coupon at the tax-free counter (or some service counters) of Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department stores in Japan
