- Full payment must be made with a DCS card.
- Please allow three (3) working days for order processing. The last order must be placed by 28 December 2025. Once confirmed, orders cannot be amended, and collection or delivery dates are fixed.
- Self-collection:
- Orders will be available for self-collection from 24 November to 31 December 2025.
- Collection is available at the InterContinental Boutique, located in the hotel lobby of InterContinental Singapore, between 11:30am and 8:30pm daily.
- Delivery Service:
- Delivery service is available from 24 November to 31 December 2025.
- Complimentary delivery for orders of S$500 nett and above to one location.
- For order below S$500 nett, a delivery charge of S$50 nett per location is applicable.
- All confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Festive items, goodies, and merchandise will be subject to availability for walk-in purchases at the InterContinental Boutique.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, membership rewards, promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
