Terms & Conditions
- Valid till 31 January 2026.
- Vouchers will be refreshed monthly.
- Each code will entitle a user to 3 x S$3 voucher redemptions.
- The vouchers will be valid for all service types except GoTaxi in Singapore, with no minimum spend.
- Payment must be made with a DCS Mastercard or Visa card.
- Each voucher will be valid till the end of the month - please refer to the date indicated in the Gojek app.
- Each voucher is subject to a limited number of redemptions on the Promotion. The vouchers will no longer appear in your account after the redemption cap is hit.
- Vouchers may only be applied towards fees charged by Gojek and/or the Transportation Provider in connection with your order made via the User Application. Gojek has the sole discretion to apply Vouchers towards such fees in any order or manner as it deems fit. The voucher may not be applied to any additional charges such as cancellation fees, tolls, road-usage charges, takeaway charges, building or area entrance charges incurred and any other applicable surcharges (such as but not limited to peak hour and midnight surcharges), which the service provider shall be entitled to collect from you.
- The voucher may only be used once, and is not refundable, replaceable or exchangeable for cash.
- No refund shall be given if the value of the voucher used exceeds the fees charged by the service provider.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers may not be valid when used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or other vouchers.
- Gojek reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the voucher without prior notice. Gojek will use reasonable endeavours to give prior notice of any material changes to these terms and conditions; however it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions before using the voucher, and your use of the voucher will constitute your acceptance of the amendments.
