Terms & Conditions
- To be eligible for the promotion, a CapitaStar member shall link a DCS Mastercard card (“Card Linkage”) on their CapitaStar App to receive a randomised reward of up to S$5 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”).
- Card Linkage is defined as a member saving a DCS Mastercard card on the CapitaStar App.
- A pre-authorisation charge will be applied each time a DCS Mastercard card is added to verify its validity, and this charge will be automatically reversed within 30 days of successful Card addition.
- This Promotion is from 6 May to 31 December 2025, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- A CapitaStar member is eligible for only one (1) Reward per Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a CapitaStar member shall only receive one (1) Reward upon linking their first Mastercard Card on the CapitaStar App. Any subsequent Mastercard linkages are not eligible for a Reward.
- The Promotion is limited to the first 150,000 redemptions on a first-come-first basis and crediting of the Reward is subjected to stock availability.
- The eCapitaVoucher will be awarded into member's CapitaStar account within 72 hours.
- A CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar App can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of a CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet. The CapitaStar member shall ensure sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s).
- By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.
- In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained DCS Mastercard Card for this Promotion.
