- Singapore registered company
- At least 30% local shareholding
- Minimum 6 months of incorporation
Documentation
- Completed Application Form
- Latest 2 years financials
- Latest 6 months bank statements
- Last 2 years Notice of Assessment for all Directors, Guarantors and Card Nominees
- For Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident: NRIC of all Directors, Card Nominees and Authorised Users
- For Foreigner: Passport & a copy of correspondence from Government agency that reflects current residential address
