• This is a limited time offer. Offer is valid from 00:00 (SGT) 21 November, 2024, and expires at 23:59 (SGT) 2 December, 2024 or when fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
• Offer is valid for the first 1,000 Prime customers who meet these Terms and Conditions.
• Offer only applies to products shipped from and sold by Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited on Amazon.sg (via desktop, mobile browser or the Amazon Shopping App), including (i) products sold on the Amazon Fresh store on Amazon.sg; (ii) products sold on the Little Farms store on Amazon.sg; (iii) products sold on the Watsons Store on Amazon.sg; (iv) Amazon US products sold on the Amazon International Store on Amazon.sg, but excluding products sold on the Amazon Japan store on Amazon.sg; and (v) all third party products sold on Amazon.sg; but excluding (vi) products such as Amazon Prime subscription fees, Amazon.sg Gift Cards, Gift Cards issued by third party brands, digital purchases, alcohol and apparel (“Qualifying Products”). All other products sold on any other Amazon website will not qualify for this offer.
• Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
• To qualify for the offer (the “Offer”), a Prime customer must:
  • be a new or existing Amazon.sg Prime member;
  • made a minimum purchase amount of S$130 on the Qualifying Products (“Minimum Purchase Amount”);
  • made the purchase using a DCS UnionPay Card, and
  • entered the applicable promotion code ‘CUPBFS10’ at checkout ("Eligible Order”), to receive a 10% discount off the purchase price of the Eligible Order.
• An Amazon.sg Prime customer may redeem the Offer multiple times during the Promotion Period, subject to a maximum benefit of S$20 off the purchase price of all Eligible Order(s).
• Offer applies to Qualifying Products purchased in a single Eligible Order and shipped to a single address, whether in a single shipment or multiple shipments, provided all shipments under the order are delivered within 60 days of the promotion ending. Taxes, delivery fees and gift wrap charges do not apply when determining the Minimum Purchase Amount. The minimum purchase amount is the amount after any other promotional discounts have been applied. Please ensure that you meet these requirements by checking the purchase order details and delivery date prior to checkout.
• Delivery charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items.
• Offer is not valid if the order is cancelled or any item or item(s) from the order are returned causing the total order amount to fall below the required Minimum Purchase Amount.
• Offer good while supplies last.
• If Amazon considers a Prime customer to be operating multiple accounts, those accounts will, for the purposes of this Offer, be treated as one Prime customer and one Amazon.sg account.
• The maximum benefit you may receive from this Offer is 10% discount off the purchase price of the Eligible Order.
• Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• Offer may be stacked with other offers, including coupons, discounts and promotion codes (where applicable), provided the required Minimum Purchase Amount (after all other promotional discounts have been applied) for this Offer and the other offer are met.]
• Unless stated otherwise, promotion codes may not be applied towards the purchase of gift cards, goods and services tax (GST), Prime membership fees, gift wrap charges, or delivery charges.
• If any of the Qualifying Products purchased in an Eligible Order are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the Qualifying Product(s), subject to applicable refund policies.
• If you return any of the Qualifying Products, Amazon reserves the right to charge you for part or all of the amount of benefit you received from this Offer, using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice.
• If you violate any of the offer terms, the Offer will be invalid.
• UnionPay and Amazon.sg's decision on all matters relating to the Offer will be determined in its absolute discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• UnionPay shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. UnionPay shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
• UnionPay and Amazon.sg reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the promotion terms and/or terminate the promotion at any time.
