Terms & Conditions

• Valid from 18 October to 25 December 2023.
• Payment must be made with a DCS Mastercard Card.
• Please allow three (3) working days for the processing of orders. The last order must be placed by 22 December 2023.
• Once orders are confirmed, no amendments can be made. Collection and delivery dates cannot be altered.
• Collection is available from 20 November to 25 December 2023, orders can be collected at the Festive Shoppe located in the hotel lobby of InterContinental Singapore, between 11:30am and 8:30pm.
• Delivery service is available from 20 November to 25 December 2023. Complimentary delivery for orders of S$500 nett and above. For order below S$500 nett, a delivery charge of S$50 nett per location is applicable. Discount is not applicable on delivery services.
• Cancelled orders are non-refundable.
• All items are not valid in conjunction with any other on-going offers, membership rewards, promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless stated otherwise.
